The Staffing Committee invites members of the TLC congregation to participate in our annual staff review process. The committee's primary purpose is to provide oversight to the church’s employment relationships, and ensure that the staff review process is conducted in a timely manner and with integrity. They benefit from the input of many members and appreciate your thoughtful and constructive comments, as your feedback is invaluable in helping both the staffing committee and the staff better serve our congregation.
Below are links to online review forms for each staff member. We encourage you to fill out a form for any staff members you’ve had meaningful interactions with this year.
