We are seeking a Youth and Family Minister who will join with us to share this message with families in our congregation and in the community around us.
At Trinity Lutheran Church, nurturing children and supporting families is a central part of who we are.
We are looking for someone who will help shape and grow youth and family ministry by:
- building relationships rooted in God’s love and grace
- coordinating programs for elementary, middle school, and high school youth
- creating opportunities for intergenerational ministry
- developing and supporting a strong team of volunteers
- helping youth connect faith, service, and community
The Youth and Family Minister will join Pastor Todd and our ministry team in serving a welcoming mid-sized congregation that values collaboration and shared leadership.
At TLC, we believe ministry happens best when the whole congregation is involved. We don’t do the work for the congregation — we empower the congregation’s work.
