The City Center is having an open house and a ribbon cutting ceremony on August 18th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at 837 E. Thompson. They will be celebrating the donors, having residents speak about their experiences at The City Center and will provide tours. Everyone from TLC is invited to attend.
